Chapter 2
The journey begins
The next day, Hammy2011 packed her blue backpack with food, a sleeping bag, clothes, a teddybear to snuggle up with, a torch, some marshies toburn on the campfire, some cutlery, plates, bowls, pans, drinks, food for the reindeer, and other supplies for the journey.
After Hammy2011 ate her lunch, she took her puffles to a friend so that they were safe and taken care of, and met up with the group at the Forest. Everyone had backpacks full of supplies for their journey, and they were all dressed up warm and cosy ready to head to the north pole.
"Hi Hammy2011!" greeted Jamielove56 "are you ready to head out?"
"You bet!" Hammy2011 answered.
Penny07500 dug a path for the group to walk on. They walked through the forest, miles and miles away from club penguin. So far away, that the group was strolling through a desert of snow. If Hammy2011 looked over her shoulder, Club Penguin would be as tiny as a peppercorn.
Finally, as the sun set, the group stopped and set up their tents. Hammy2011 and JamieLove56 collected sticks and stones and made a campfire. As Hammy2011 was hammering down the pins to make her tent stand up, she spotted a twig at the back of her tent.
"Wow!" shouted hammy2011 as she saw the twig. " A reindeer!"
Mumble92Cat came over to Hammy2011's tent to see the reindeer. "Hammy2011, it's just a stick" she said when she saw the twig. Everyone groaned at hammy2011. Hammy2011 was embarresed. She came over to the campfire with some marshmallows for everyone to have. As they stuck their marshmallows onto sticks and burned them on the campfire, nobody noticed the twig moved away out of site.
