Rules And Infractions.

The amount of trolls on this forum has died down a bit, but more and more people are breaking the rules and not expecting infractions. So from here on end, if your caught intentionally breaking the rules ( no matter what the situation) you will be infracted. If you get five infractions, you will be banned. Infractions are removable, you can appeal through the Appeal Your Infractions thread.

Infractions are given to you because you broke the rules; there is NO way getting around the rules without getting an infraction. I think it's time for you all to re-read the rules, they're there, and the moderators will start enforcing them.

Infractions are given to me because we are threatened, and we tend to confront and correct you staff, but we still get infractions.

It's not only the moderators who have the power to help users, I can help too, but you're gonna say we would backseat.

It's no Holmes that would be able to solve the mystery of your post.

Look, there are plenty of ways you can help.

You can:
-Suggest an idea for the forum here.
-Help other users with creating signatures here.
-Create your own clan here.
-Suggest a brand-new posting game here.

and you can, obviously, PM a member of staff with an idea.

Ideas are constructive, imaginative and good for the forum, backseat modding and telling others what to do is bad.

So, basically what you're saying is that although CPP is at one of it's lowest activity periods, the staff if more than willing to get rid of even moar users (who break the rules)

If they pose a threat to new users, then yes. We don't want a small group of obscene, rude and rule breaking users, just a large community of decent and clean users.

I think one main problem is that users don't know what else to suggest since we have been here so long and pretty much seen everything that has been added to the forum. There just isn't much else you can really add to the forum that would help so much. It's a sticky situation. A lot of users probably have seen that pretty much everything under the possible realm of forumotion has been done here, and there isn't much left to do. Now, there could be, we just aren't being imaginative enough.

As much as the staff enjoys hearing new ideas, this thread was set because as the forum drama increases, people try to get away with more.

I believe I am safe as I read the rules every few weeks and be very careful with the rules.

Infractions are a joke and i've thought this my whole time here as staff and user. They are removeable so it really is just a little hit on the hand. Nothing big at all, if they arent removed, maybe people will take them more seriously.

They are just a little hit on the hand. If people don't take them seriously the get banned. Simple enough? If it's such a joke let's start banning users their first offense?

I was saying that we are running out of ideas, I wasn't insisting the forum is doomed just more that we have to be more innovative. Context clues.

I have been reading the reports, Chub. Not all of the reports were valid because they had since been edited etc, but I infracted where necessary.

I've been infracting for cussing for a while now, and I'm not going to ease off.

As for ideas, I think we need to get advertisments added asap as a last attempt to monetize CPP and boost activity. After that, we will probably bring something new for summer?
I'll be talking about all this in the SF...
