[BETA] 2D RPG Game

Just a game I made in my spare time in Game Maker 6.1 and 8.0. This game was programmed in Windows 7, so it will not work on a Mac. Anything else will be explained in the readme.

Actually,it does not matter what platform it was coded on.

Take Photo Shop for example,they coded that on a Mac,but it was easy for them to make it supported for a different platform.

game maker for Windows only exports executable files, which can't be played on Unix or Unix-like operating systems (unless the person running said operating system has Wine installed). likewise, game maker for mac only exports .app/application files. it would be possible to make the game cross-platform but I think OP should be focusing more on finishing the game before he does that.

Glitch: If you go near the wall, you get stuck in it and you can't move or shoot.

The PCs. Not the Notebooks.

Mac OS X users, here:

That should (will) allow you to play this game and any other Game Maker games made on Windows computers on OS X. Anyone using a Linux distro can install Wine as well as far as I know.

I'll play this game in a little while, then post back any bugs, problems, etc
