PostPretty Exciting Day!

Okay, so today I went to the Humane Society with my mom, my brother, and I. We were planning on getting a dog but the problem was gonna be trying to find one. They had like 350 dogs there but after a while I relized none of them were nice. Then, we went to the outside part of it and we saw a really nice dog. It was an Australian Shepard and Golden Retriever mix. One of the workers took her out so we could walk around with her a little bit to see how she was.

When we walked by the other dogs in the cages, they were all barking like crazy and the guy just yelled " SHUT UP! " as loud as he could and then they all got quiet. :face:

Well, after walking around with her for a bit, we decided she was really nice and good with cats. So, we decided to get her! :D We named her Abby. After that, we went to this place called Farmerboys for some lunch ( funny name :P ).

It took an hour and thirty minutes to drive back. -.- I just listened to my iPod and texted people. With the dog in the car, that was sort of hard considering she was licking me and standing on me. Raise Eyebrows

Haha, but we were home in no time.

When I got home, I felt I had to burn off some of the huge lunch I had just consumed, so I went outside for a long time. Now here I am typing this!
