Ah, now can you please tell me the features on the Mac that are better than Windows 7?

Exposé, Spaces, better UI, more intuitive, faster, simpler, more stable, more powerful, less susceptible to infection, brilliant built-in software, UNIX-based, built for the computers it runs on, comes with better hardware, everything from one company, it's just a huge improvement over Windows.

Explain the simpler, faster, and powerful to me? Last time I remember being on a Mac I couldn't find the thing I was looking for, and it never came up when I searched it, yet I knew it was there. Also, my Vista computer was faster than the one I was one, and it was the newest version. How is it powerful too? Wrong use of word choice my friend.

Definition of powerful:

Having or exerting great power or force.

Last time I checked PC's had great "power or force".

But most of the world use PC's right now and not much stuff are compatible.

Solution: Get a PC and a Mac! :D

but remember your so used to the layout of Vista and how to find things on it. Anyone that uses a Mac for the first time would have some trouble because their so used to the vista layout.

Plus, Macs are built on Unix, which is much more powerful than MS_DOS.

And the Vista computer which was faster was most likely running on a more powerful system. What I meant was that if you had a PC and a Mac with the same specs, the Mac would be faster by a large margin. And that margin will increase in Snow Leopard.

On top of all that, I don't know why you couldn't find the file. Spotlight works 100% of the time for me, also offering definitions, results to mathematic equations and an extraordinarily easy to use application launcher.

Well, since people say it's "simple" I person who doesn't use a Mac often won't be able to find what he's looking for. I don't think that's considered "simple".

No offence meant here, but as soon as I got a Mac I could work through it easily. Therefore, I'm basing the fact that you couldn't on something other than the operating system.

That's a good idea. Windows XP is by far the most stable Windows, and Windows 7 is by far the most attractive. Best Windows set-up, I'd say.

I've been using Windows XP for years now and I don't plan on upgrading to anything else unless I have to. It suits me just fine, stable, never had any problems with it and all.

If it isn't broken, why fix it?

As a Mac user, I don't really care about Windows 7. But, for PC users, it promises to be a cheap* and stable upgrade, with a new interface.

Are you upgrading?

*Nowhere near as cheap as Snow Leopard's $29, though :P
Yeah, Mac already have the (near to) perfect OS, whereas windows has a lot to live up to after the (epic) fail of Vista.
