New york city! 7/15/09

I went to new york city on Wednesday. I live about an hour away from it so we took the train at around 9 in the morning. When we arrived, we went to Ellen's for lunch. Ellens is a restaurant where the waitors sing. They were very good and the food was also swell.
After that, we went shopping for sheet music. We got journey, led zeppelin, Van halen, and a couple others.
Last but not least, we saw the play Hair. It was very good and funny.We then took the train home and had dinner at whole foods and dessert at the icecream parlor.

It was a great day.

Today...

Well, today in School we finally received which math classes we have. I was kinda upset that I'm not in the advanced class. I was looking forward to learning some Pre-Algebra, guess it can wait until next year. Then during our new math classes, I was sketching "advanced" military weaponry that does not exist in our world today, and my teacher yelled with a blaze of anger, "STOP DOODLING IN CL-" and then interrupted herself saying, "Woah, you really drew that?". I'm one of the best at drawing in my grade/year. I could possibly post some of my drawing later on...

Year 8 (Grade 8) Whatever. :P

Well, today was the very first day I go into Year 8 or as some of you would call it Grade 8. I'm not sure how it works out in other countries. I'm 12 years old nearly 13, so you can work out what grade/year I'm in. xP Anyways, our schedule is very different from when I was in Year 7. I have a new tutor. His name is Mr.Hicks and he's very strict. =| Well, sometimes he can be nice. We didn't get any homework today, but we'll probably start getting some tomorrow. =P I still hate my school, and I wanted to leave in Year 7. But I guess it's a little to late to leave the school...

First Day of High School.

Ah, I'm gonna admit it was tiring. I'm so tired right now, and it's only 4 pm.

Anyways, there was an assembly in the auditorium for freshmen only, which lasted about an hour. It was pretty fun. Then we went through our schedule, with 7 minute passing periods (even though we really only have 5 minutes) and 10 minutes per class. I got homework in four of the classes. Ridiculous ain't it? Anyways, after that, we ate lunch. I bought a jumbo pretzel and a candy and I was good for lunch. I GOT MY LICENSE 2 DAYS AGO, WOOOOOOOOOH. I already drove to Publix(Grocery Store), Wooh! My birthday was pretty cool, it was no sweet sixteen but I went to a concert in a City Place(Big outside shopping area) and my friends and I saw the new Final Destination, I got a new guitar so I'm planning on buying myself an amp with more sound effects soon.

So yeah, pretty awesome.

New School

Well, I am transfered to another school in the capital, since I now live there. I felt kinda embarassed, being the new kid and all. But I wasn't the only new kid. 2 more came. Well, 1 was an old student there. A kid and the teacher welcomed me very politely. The others where just looking at me, while I was just listening to the teacher. XD Well, my class has 30 kids now, with us 3 new/old-new. My classroom is III-8, I don't know why, since I'm 4th grade. Today was awesome

Today I went to the Harry Potter exhibit at the museum today. It was so beast. They had real life props from the movies. There wasn't one thing I DIDN'T see there, not even kidding you. They had everything from Hagrid's massive outfit, to Umbridge's decrees on the great hall wall and even the assortment of candies sold at Hogsmeade. It took an hour and a half just to look at everything. There was even a quidditch match going on during the exhibit! I scored a point, lol. Anyways, it was definitely a great Harry Potter experience for a huge fan like me.

Well my life so far,....

yesterday: was the student teacher soccer match. yr 12's vs teachers. it was pretty funny. had a good time watching it.

today: my class attended a lecture at a university on climate change. It was pretty good, and i got a free "science" shirt for asking the panel people a question. haha.

My computer was fixed. Got it back. Lost completly everything. It's like buying a new computer. My computer account was deleted. MSN, AIM, PS4, Mozilla Firefox, Files, pics, videos, SIGNATURES, ALL DELETED. :downcast:

My week so far...

Well, so far, this week has been pretty important in general.

Tuesday, I had to go to my high school to take a picture for my ID, get my ID, and buy my schoolbooks. Yes, at our high school we have to buy our books. I know, it's very stupid, but that's the way it works. At the end of the year, you can return them based on their condition, but you won't get ALL your money back. Anyways, now I'm all set for that first day of high school.

OMG! I went on a trip today with my class. It was so fun and so scary. We went to the London Dungeons. Well before that, we went inside McDonald's. :P I bought my friend a happy meal. SHE NEEDS TO PAY ME BACK. >:O

So the trip was really scary. First of all, we were trapped inside a mirror house. Wherever you go their were mirrors. If you put your hand out, you might touch a mirror or touch the air. After that, we went on a small boat ride, inside the dungeon. Everything was pitch black....

Yes, this is late but this thread goes for yesterday.

First off, I finally got my new cleats and gear. ^_^ That also means that practice is right around the corner though. :oops:

Yesterday, I spent most of the day helping out at this party type thing. From around 8 AM to 8 PM.

Anyway, that's all I guess...

Oh yeah, the cleats are really nice.

First day of holidays....Sucked.

I finished school on friday, so officially Monday would be the first day of holidays. Todays Sunday... and i just became sick... =/ I have two weeks of holidays for Winter.

Community Service 7/13/09

I did community service today. It felt good to fix up an old farm in my town. However, it took three tedious hours to fix it up. I probably got poison ivy and mosquito bites XD

There were alot of roots to pull, weeds to trim, bricks to move, leaves to rake, pond plants to remove, and more.

I am very tired right not but I know I did a good thing.
