Having trouble

I made a forum and am having trouble on making images.
I want too put a image on a picture but when I copy it
it copys the white stuff

What program are you using?
if PS/GIMP you should use the Magic Wand tool and cut it out

Well you have to use the magic wand tool to delete the white stuff.

Its called Tranparent.
Look it up on google with your program.
Something like.

How do I make a picture Transparent using ____

That should work.
