Don't the staff monitor the forum? If there's an arguement, WHAM, a warning and the thread locked. I'm just a normal user, I don't get any permissions to do that.

I'm saying, the staff are supposed to monitor the forum for bad things. If they don't talk civilized (which would be like spamming), th staff should do somthing.

A new rule stating that "All discussions should be civilized/worth a talk" might be good.
