Here are a few rules we have specifically for this forum to keep things orderly.

Was your idea suggested or your question asked?
Please do a quick Search to see if what you are posted has been submitted already.

Is your question simple?
Some things you ask do not need a whole topic. Please read the FAQ for some common problems/questions. If you have a very basic question, you can also contact the staff or ask it in your Reception topic if you are new and posted a topic there.

What if your topic is not seen by a staff member for a week ?
If a staff member does not respond to your thread after 7 days, you have all the right to Private Message a staff member. Feel free to P.M multiple staff members. Please do not Private Message earlier than that.

Overall, just use your common sense. You will not be infractioned for this unless you get multiple warnings about disobeying the above rules.
