Bumping Rule and Deleting Button.

1- I think you should add this rule, do not bump if the thread passed 1 month, Dark said that, but it is not added to the rules?

2- I can delete my post but not thread, I noticed that in every forum only in the locked forums, like the Rules, the delete button appears to me, I didn't try it, but maybe it works, see:

1- contributing to a topic isn't against the rules.
2- You can delete your own post as long as nobody has posted after you.
