Two New Mods!

Congratulations to RR and Chargers for becoming the newest moderators at CPP! Since RR has already been a mod, but was taken from his mod position a couple months ago, I and the other staff members decided to give him his job back because he clearly deserves it. He will not have to prove himself again by becoming a trainee, so he will go straight to being a moderator.

Also, since Mook has left the forums, he has made a wish to give his job to Chargers, and we have completed our part of his wish.
