If I have been picking on some of you, I am sorry. It is sort of a lot of pressure for me to be T-modding an almost 7000 user forum with spam attacks happening all the time. If there is any way I can make it up to you people, I will do anything. Just PM me and we will chat. ;)

You haven't really been picking on people in my opinion. You have just been acting superior to everyone else ever since you were chosen. The pressure shouldn't cause you to act like this. Just please improve on this and I'm sure a lot of people would enjoy having you as a full moderator.

Huh, well the pressure can cause tension but its ok, you will get used to it.

I think the walruses gave up for now. We were supposed to get raided Sunday, it didn't happen. That took off a lot of pressure. I am still a little scared of what to post in the SF sometimes, but I do it.

Whats done is done and we cant chsnge the past. Im willling to forgive (although I didnt see snyhting wrong) and move on with the forum.

I think you've done well, since you've told me whats happened since I've been off the forum for about a week. Your still learning and there are some things I think you need to work on, but your getting there.

Mines as well get off again, I don't know if I'm coming back or not.

Wait this isn't a Hello/Goodbyes thread, oh well. :P

Lol, I wouldn't be surprised if you came back. It's hard for everyone to leave for some reason.

The new "thing" is for staff members to leave and come back. You're not cool if you didn't do that yet. :face:

I've been talking to people to see if they think I should come back, so far like 3 said yea.

I'm thinking about it, we'll see.

Ever since I left the raiding of spammers have stopped, I'm suprised.

I did the same thing when I was made a moderator (Argie straightened me out, as I recall :P). Just try to improve it, and we'll be all good.

In my opinion, there shouldn't be any pressure, but its different for other people. The staff never de-mods trainee's, once they pick a mod, they don't de-mod them for awhile, because picking and de-modding causes conflict, and I'm pretty sure the staff doesn't have to deal with that. Though I guess a few people haven't figured that out. :P

Anyway, its not that your picking anyone, your just not acting ''leasureful'' your taking things too seriously as being a mod.
